Great office staff
Since I moved in the ladies in the office have been great and they always say hi and ask how I am doing the maintenance staff are great Jeff is excellent. I lived here 20 +year ago and I love being back

I must say this new current staffing is by far the most helpful staff that I ever encountered they are very respectful & helpful their communication is top tier , service is excellent . Thankyou so much preserve at city center your customer service is very appreciated from management all the way down.

Preserve at city center current new staff is by far the most helpful staff I ever encountered ever since I've being living in these apartments I met 6 different leasing people since living here & by far this is the best staffing team I met teresa & of course the rest of the staff . They have been the most helpful in many ways their communication is top tier , customer service is incredible and they are very sweet & respectful . Thank you again preserve at city center new staffing .

The apartments suffered for a while but the new management is doing great job turning things. The complex is always clean and maintanance is always on top of things. I love living here after all the changes

New faces in the office here and they have been so helpful! A couple hiccups on my move in process, but Teresa was quick to jump in and make sure everything was addressed. Bummer to see so many negative reviews, give them a chance!!
